A fee of $50 will be applied for check-outs between 11 AM and 1 PM. Departures after 1 PM will be charged the full nightly rate. -Trip Extension: If you'd like to extend your stay, please notify us before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled checkout. *****House Rules***** -Damages: You are responsible for any damages incurred by you or anyone in your party.
