Trip Extension: For guests wishing to extend their stay, we require notification before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled check-out.
Damages: Responsibility for any damages incurred during your stay extends to all members of your party. We will communicate any damages directly, followed by an invoice for the necessary repairs or replacements.
Laundry Service: Our linens are professionally cleaned and prepared for each guest.
Parties/Events: We strictly prohibit parties or events. Should we suspect such activities, we will initiate contact to resolve the matter. Failure to respond may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund.

Thank you! Perfect spot for a military graduation stay!
Super clean and beautiful home! We stayed for my son’s Army graduation. Very roomy and I loved the covered patio- where we spent most of our time. Bedding was super comfortable and soft! The master bedroom has I believe a full size or double bed so keep that in mind, but it was not an issue at all for us! Very nice and quiet neighborhood with private backyard- I highly recommend! Owners were very responsive and helpful.
I will start by saying I was nervous to book here, only because it was a last minute decision to leave our FL vacation early and we wanted somewhere in GA to stay overnight in order to break up our drive with three small children. I’m not familiar with GA so I wasn’t sure how the area was, but I can confirm this home is in the sweetest neighborhood. I felt very safe, and it was very quiet. The home itself was beautiful! Seriously the host thought of everything. A nice little coffee bar, fresh linens and towels on every single bed, *labeled* light switches!!! The bedrooms were very large, the closets were large, everything was very clean. No clutter anywhere! I can’t explain it but the second you walk in it simply just feels like home. A very welcomed feeling after a week and a half of travel. There are also PLENTY of food options nearby! My family and I really loved it and I would 100% stay here again if I were ever going to be in the area! Great find!
